Because our services consist of professional consulting, custom strategy, technical execution, and digital assets, we follow a transparent and structured Cancellation & Refund Policy.

By hiring our services or subscribing to our packages, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Nature of Our Services

Futureica provides digital, analytical, and software-based services including AI SEO, content strategy, website optimization, and IT consulting. Unlike tangible physical products, these services involve immediate allocation of labor, server resources, proprietary tools, and human expertise. Therefore, traditional physical product “returns” do not apply.

2. Refund Policy for SEO & Monthly Retainers

• Monthly Recurring Services: Payments made for ongoing monthly SEO retainers, marketing management, or consultancy plans cover the work scheduled and executed during that billing cycle. Monthly retainer payments are non-refundable.

• Prepaid Work: Once work on a billing cycle or milestone has commenced, no partial or full refunds will be issued for that specific cycle.

• Setup & Audit Fees: Initial onboarding, website audit fees, and initial technical setup costs are non-refundable as they require immediate work upon project sign-off.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Monthly Subscriptions / Retainers: You may cancel your ongoing monthly service subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, written cancellation requests must be sent at least 7 business days prior to your next scheduled billing date.

• Impact of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, services will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period. After this date, work will cease, and access to Futureica’s internal dashboards or proprietary tool reports will be revoked.

4. Custom Projects & Fixed-Price Contracts

For custom web development, custom AI integration, or fixed-scope IT projects governed by a Statement of Work (SOW) or proposal:

• Milestone Payments: Payments are tied to specific project milestones. Once a milestone is completed, reviewed, and approved, the payment for that milestone is final and non-refundable.

• Project Termination: If a client chooses to terminate a custom project mid-way, Futureica will retain the deposit/milestone payments for all work completed up to the date of written termination. Any unbilled hours or completed work above the deposit amount must be cleared before project files are handed over.

5. Performance & Ranking Disclaimer

• Search engine algorithms (Google, Bing, etc.) operate independently of Futureica. While we utilize state-of-the-art AI strategies and best practices, we do not offer refunds based on search engine ranking position, traffic variations, or third-party algorithm updates.

• Third-party software costs, ad spend paid directly to ad networks (Google Ads, Meta Ads), domain purchases, or hosting fees paid to external vendors are strictly non-refundable through Futureica.

6. Exceptions & Dispute Resolution

We value long-term client relationships and aim to resolve issues fairly.

• Duplicate Charges: In the event of an accidental duplicate charge or billing error caused by our payment gateway, a 100% refund of the duplicate amount will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Service Non-Delivery: If Futureica fails to initiate or deliver the contracted scope of work due to internal reasons within the agreed timeline, a pro-rata refund or credit note may be issued at the company’s discretion.
